Success has come from a friendly atmosphere created by great instructors and divemasters, who between them are fluent in dozens of languages, including Dutch, German, French, Swedish and English. It is for these great hosts that customers return year after year.

Scandinavian Staff Instructor Denmark, land of the Vikings. Our resident Danish instructor, Jesper, might disappoint you if you're after a Viking lookalike but he more than makes up for it with his teaching skill and sense of humour. With over ten year as an instructor you are guaranteed quality with some pretty poor jokes included at no extra cost!! |

James has been with Buddha View for 5 years now and hails from Australia. James isn't really sure what he's doing here... or how he even got here, or why he has to go on yet another visa run. When you talk to James, please talk slowly and don't use long words. What he lacks in intelligence he makes up for in.... erm.. er... eh..... |

Hannes ( the big Italian)
Hannes ? Italian, German and a bit of Spanish. From a small German enclave in northern Italy he is not sure whether he should be wearing lederhosen or Armani. Hannes has worked in the Red Sea, Maldives, Italy and Koh Tao. He is an experienced instructor with a penchant for beer and pizza.
Istruttore IDC Staff nato a Bolzano e qui con noi da un anno, dopo aver girato il mondo sub per I ultimi 6 anni. Lavorando in Hondura, Thailandia, Egitto, Genova e le Maldive ha acomolato una vasta esperienza. Noi del Buddhaview lo chiamiamo il grande italiano, sicome dice di se stesso di essere Italiano, anche se il suo aspetto con I capelli e la pelle molto chiara, alto con un afetto incredibile per la biretta dopo lavoro e un po di accento Tedesco riccordano piu ai suoi origini austriaci. |

Simone
Simone ist seit 2008 eine der deutsch, - englischsprachigen Tauchlehrerinnen im Buddha View Team. Nach einigen zähen Jahren im Schuldienst hat die Gymnasiallehrerin im vergangenen Jahr endgültig beschlossen, Schulämtern und PISA zu entsagen und die vier Wände ihres Klassenzimmers nach Koh Tao auszudehnen.Die enthusiastische Unterwassernaturalistin liebt „Chicken, Chili und Basil“ und macht verschiedenste Geräusche unter Wasser, während sie SCUBA unterrichtet. |

Massimo Italian/Spanish Instructor and Pizza Chef
ITALIANO :Istruttore Italiano nel team Buddha View. Nato a Bassono Del Grappa dopo aver viaggiato il mondo facendo i piu diversi lavori : dal cuoco all’istruttore di windsurf all’animatore turistico alla fine ha trovato la sua vocazione nell’insegnamento della subacquea; lavoro nel quale pone tutta la sua energia e simpatia. Tipico italiano con la fissa per il buon cibo e il buon vino ma anche con la buona apparenza. Tutti lo prendiamo un po in giro per il suo forte accento quando parla inglese. www.maxtresub.com

Despues de haber dado la vuelta por el mundo durante 6 anos y aver vivido 2 anos en la isla de Teneriffe y 7 meses en Mexico, habla y comprende perfectamente el idioma y tiene todo los cursos en espanol e italiano poniendole toda su energia y simpatia. Dutch Team Marc, Piggy and Wendy
Marc is de teamleider van het Nederlandse team van de Buddha View. Hij heeft in vijf jaar op Koh Tao al honderden duikers opgeleid. Hij werkt daarnaastbij de PADI duikinstructeurs opleiding. Perry en Wendy zijn een enthousiast stel dat al drie jaar het hart vormt van het Nederlandse Buddha View team. Ze zijn PADI duikinstructeurs die iedereen met hun passie voor duiken aansteken.

Scandinavian Team Thea and Malin
Malin, ursprungligen från Umeå i norra Sverige numera bosatt på Koh Tao. Efter en masterexamen i Sverige och en resa till Koh Tao blev hon kvar. Jobbar numera som instruktör och är medlem av det skandinaviska dyk-teamet på Buddha View. Undervisar dykkurser på svenska, engelska och norska.
Malin, originally from Umeå in the north of Sweden now living in Koh Tao. After graduating with a Master of Science she travelled to Koh Tao and never left. Now working as an instructor and is a member of the Scandinavian team of Buddha Veiw. Teaching dive courses in Swedish, English and Norwegian.
Thea er vår norske dykkeinstruktør. Hun har byttet ut snø og kulde med tropiske strender og har nå havet som kontor. Hun har vært på Koh Tao i 2 år og har erfaring som divemaster og instruktør. Underviser på norsk, svensk og engelsk. |

Bjorn
Björn hat sein klimatisiertes Büro in der Mitte Berlins für die Unterwasserwelt Koh Taos aufgegeben und unterrichtet bei Buddha View in deutsch und englisch. Selbst bei widrigsten Bedingungen verweigert er aus ästhetischen Gründen die Benutzung eines Wetsuits. In seiner Freizeit klatscht und singt er und ist außerdem zweimaliger Weltmeister im Völkerball. You will see them hurrying over the island on their colourful bicycles. From the classroom to the restaurant, from the dive shop to the swimming pool, from the boat to the bar and from the bar to their hammock to study some more.

Buddha View IDC Diving Koh Tao have just opened a dive booking office in Haadrin, Koh Phangan, in cooperation with Sail Rock Divers 5 Star IDC, Koh Phangan. It will offer a great service for those full moon party revellers booking their diving for both Koh Tao and Koh Phangan.
Whalesharks sighted diving Twins, eagle rays at Japanese Garden and turtles coming ashore on the beach ofKoh Nangyuan. It will be a wonderful summer diving Koh Tao this year.
Koh Tao has also been recognised by PADI as the worlds leading diving education destination with Buddha View IDC Diving Resort, Koh Tao being awarded the 'Outstanding Contribution to the Dive Industry'. It looks like a great year ahead diving Koh Tao.
